Returns and Substitutions
Undelivered orders
In the event that an order is not delivered for reasons attributable to us (e.g. loss), the full amount paid will be refunded.
If the case of "non-delivery" that is attributable to the customer, the amount to be refunded will be deducted from the shipping and return costs.
Canceled orders
Cancellation of an order is only possible if the payment has not yet been made and the order has not yet been processed
How to return or exchange an order
In case of purchase in physical store
The order must be delivered to one of our physical stores accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.
In case of purchase in the online store
Contact us via email info@produtosgregos.pt or through the contact form indicating the order number, copy of invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem. After this contact, you will be provided with the necessary information to proceed with the exchange or return.
Important: In no case send the articles without prior contact as they will not be received.
Note 1: Shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return or exchange is attributable to us or the carrier.
Note 2: The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.
Exchanges and refunds
Procedures
The refund payment will be made through the same method used when paying the initial order, for example Credit or Debit Card and ATM or bank transfer.
Costs
If the reason for the return is attributable to us (e.g. defective product or error in order processing), the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
However, in the case of an order of several products only the part that is returned or exchanged will be refunded, however no refund of shipping costs will be processed.
